Panti Rapih nursing academy receives bomb threat

The Panti Rapih Nursing Academy in Ngemplak subdistrict, north of here, received a bomb threat from an unidentified caller on Friday morning.

"The bomb threat was received by Bujeri, employee of the nursing academy, by phone," Adjunct Commissioner Sasongko, chief of the Ngemplak police resort, said on Friday.

The unidentified caller asked all students to vacate their campus because it would be blown up soon, Sasongko said.

A 10-member bomb-defusing team with the help of 25 police personnel were deployed to comb all places at the campus, he said.

"So far, police have yet to find any suspicious thing," he said. (*)
